Last Order Date for Christmas Delivery - 3pm Thursday 19th December*

*Any order placed for an in-stock item by 3pm Friday 15th December will be dispatched by tracked Royal Mail in time for their last postage cut off. Whilst this does not guarantee you Christmas delivery, as long as there are no delays with the postal service then your order should be with you in time for Christmas.

Office / Warehouse opening times over the festive period:

• Tuesday 24th December 2024: Open 9.00am – 2:00pm
• Wednesday 25th December 2024 – Wednesday 1st January 2025: Closed
• Thursday 2nd January 2025: Open as Usual

Any orders placed between the Tuesday 24th December 2024 and Wednesday 1st January 2025 will be despatched on Thursday 2nd January 2025.

Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same working day.

Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays).

We’ll email you with tracking details once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.

Please note that orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Public Holidays).

Large Item Delivery

Orders including large items measuring 600mm to 1,100mm 

• Orders which include items measuring over 60cm in length must be sent via courier.
• Excludes orders containing extras-large oversized items of 1,100mm (or over) in length.

Extra Large Item Delivery

From £11.95
Orders including extra large items over 1,100mm

• Orders which include items measuring over 1,100mm in length must be sent via courier.

Returns

Returning orders to us is easy. Anything you buy from us can be returned within 28 days of receipt, for any reason.

As long as the product is returned to us within 28 days we will refund its full value, whether it is broken, faulty, incorrect or simply unsuitable for your needs.

In cases where there is no fault and the return is based on a change of heart rather than an actual defect, the relevant products must be returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.
